I was down to the wire on negotiating a contract with the feds and at the 11th hour they required a building survey.
I realize most surveyors are at least a month out. Not only was Ted professional and understood my dilemma- I really didn’t think I would get someone, but they made it work!! Nick an engineer was efficient and professional and did a fantastic job ! He even showed me some of the preliminary work so I would understand how it works. I can’t thank this company enough for just being all around good people and No matter how the results turn out, I know I’ll have accurate findings to base my contract on! Very responsive and professional! Great service! We needed two property markers/monuments found. They were buried and difficult for us to find ourselves. The owner was very responsive (thanks, Ted!), and had someone out very quickly (coincidence allowed it to be the same day!). The surveyor was very nice and easy to work with (thanks, Allyjah!). He was professional and worked quickly, and found the original markers.
