“From the moment I walked through the doors at APEX O’Fallon, I was consistently met with professionalism, warmth, and a genuine sense of care—from the friendly front desk staff, to the skilled PT techs, to the exceptional physical therapist guiding my recovery. After undergoing shoulder surgery, I anticipated a long and challenging road ahead. What I didn’t anticipate was how much I’d actually enjoy coming to physical therapy.

Over the course of the past three months, I not only saw improvements—I felt them. Tangibly. Weekly. The APEX team delivered results that exceeded my expectations and made the process both effective and surprisingly enjoyable. They managed to strike that rare balance between clinical excellence and making you laugh just enough to forget you’re doing exercises with resistance bands.

The fact that they accept TRICARE was a blessing, and rest assured, if I find myself in need of future care (hopefully not too soon), I’ll be returning without hesitation. The staff is amazing, personable & each of them all strive to help me strengthen every muscle that was affected by my joint replacement (muscles I didn’t even know I had). They pushed me hard, but in a good way, to make me stronger in order to achieve the range in motion necessary for a full recovery. I am thankful for everyone that contributed in my recovery.
