Meredith was the BIGGEST help to me during my pregnancy. I had the worst sciatic pain and she helped me work and stretch the muscles in a way that didn't hurt (until later when my pregnant self was exhausted). She pushed me further at the right time, and knew when I couldn't handle any more. She is so caring and compassionate. Even turning into my emotional therapist when pregnancy was taking a mental toll on me. The entire staff there is amazing and I find myself almost looking for something else to go wrong so I can go back and see them all. I will forever recommend SSM Physical Therapy, O'Fallon Illinois location.
