Thomas was extremely Thorough and had it not been for his diligence I would have been in a bad purchasing situation. As a single mom I can’t afford a place that has major issues and thanks to him I was able to avoid that! He was kind and patient and very informative. He explained anything and everything that I didn’t understand! I will never use another inspector again he will always be who I go to!
