I was so impressed! The staff had positive attitudes and their efficiency was pleasantly surprising. In this age of workers showing attitudes that they would rather be anywhere else, you really notice when people know their jobs and are happy.The semi that houses Cardiac Imaging is an amazing piece of technology. It's clean, modern, efficient and comes with vibrant colorful artwork on glass. Best looking semi out there!I would highly recommend. It was a pleasure to feel secure in capable hands, even though the test could reveal life-changing results. It eases the mind for the hour you are there.
Your staff was excellent! I am claustrophobic so I freaked out a little when I first saw what they were going to put me in. I didn’t realize beforehand that’s what is was. They were very understanding and calmed me down by having me lay down on the table and showing me exactly what was involved before we did anything to make sure I felt I could do it and felt comfortable. I calmed down and felt id be ok so we proceeded with the scan. They made sure I knew they were there the entire time. I got though very easily because of their understanding and efforts.
The mobile unit was comfortable and the staff was amazing. Professional, courteous, and kind. They made a "stressful" event much easier on me. Thank you to the mobile team!
