If I could give zero stars I would. We have been coming here for over 46 years back when they had a small office on Chicago and Ridgeland back in the 1970s. However the past few years have been nothing but horrendous . . . today my husband waited over 2 hours to see the doctor and had to leave without seeing him because of transportation issues . . . they tried to charge him for a visit when all he did was wait and NEVER saw the doctor. I am disgusted with the fact that they are allowed to get away with this purposeful disregard for the health of someone.

My daughter was in a car accident, we went to emergency room arrived at 3:47p.m. we are still here. She was told by triage nurse that she would get a CT scan and pray. The order was never put in the system. We are currently waiting on results along with a few other patients. I am so disappointed.

If you have a choice for ER services, DO NOT CHOOSE WEST SUBURBAN MEDICAL CENTER!! It is June 4, 2024, at 7:37 p.m. I have been sitting in th ER since 10:35 a.m. waiting to see a doctor. The triage person explained to me that they see the least critical people first. Well, I guess it is a good thing that I haven't had a stroke with a blood pressure 207/86.
