If you are reading the bad reviews... read mine as I can understand how people see it the way they do to write bad reviews but it is not Heritage Tile's fault. I have used Heritage Tile in two houses now and I have been very happy with the final outcome and I have been happy working with Heritage tile staff. Both times there has been issues with the contractor not doing something right and they tried to blame the tile. Heritage Tile is not easy for contractors to work with as it is not what they work with every day and I have used very high end installers and they still had trouble getting it perfect but that is not Heritage Tile's fault. FYI - Today I have to spend about $250 on more material with Heritage tile because my installer tried to do it his way instead of the right way and the contractor tried to tell me we ordered wrong and the tile is messed up but it is not and I know enough to know he did it wrong and I totally see how smart people can believe the contractor telling them it is the tile's fault but I also know handmade tile is hard to work with and you don't order extra peices and hand peiced mosic is hard to work with and super thin and things make it hard for installers and they blame the tile. Heritage Tile sales people are helpful and explain everything- they answer the phone when you call- have always hit my promised delivery dates- I think people who have issues are looking for more hand holding than a tile sales company can offer. They are not going to make your installers understand custom hand made tile and mosaics they are not familiar with. I would recommend asking installers if they have ever worked with hand made made mosaic tile and ask them to see pictures of their work and check references. Just do that all and you will be great. Just do your homework on installers and get Heritage Tile correct dimensions!

We are renovating a plantation home and ordered two subway mosaics from Heritage for our bathrooms. They are beautiful! Excellent work and customer service. When our tile guy came up short they were on it same day and sent out more tile within a week. Could not recommend this company more if you are looking for quality craftsmanship with old world charm.
