Called on a Saturday night after reading a few reviews here and looking for a local outfit and incredibly Sean, the owner, answered. He listened to my problem and recommended that I make a few adjustments to the unit and he'd have someone out to me on Monday to check it out rather than spend the big bucks on emergency repairs. Ty and Carl showed up Monday as promised, took one look and figured it out in minutes...no up-sell, no trashing my old boiler, no bull...straight to it.
