Well I am glad I read reviews, and to say the least I was changing providers and this is one of many that BCBS provided and I tried calling their office several times and was put on hold for more then 30 min left and no one came back to assist. Lafy had a attitude answering the phone which should of told me right off the bat this was going to be yet another unprofessional staff. I don't understand why all their PCC's are so annoying when answering the phone and unpleasant when doing their job as customer service. ’m currently pregnant and recently decided to change providers after my experience here. I came in several times explaining that I was still experiencing nausea and vomiting and that the medication prescribed was causing severe, all-day headaches. Instead of working with me to find another solution or adjusting my treatment, I was told the doctor “didn’t know what to do” and I was passed to another provider.

During pregnancy, patients need to feel heard and supported. Losing weight, dealing with nausea, and experiencing strong side effects from medication should be taken seriously and addressed with care and guidance.

The staff is very friendly and inviting. Dr. Luning is an awesome doctor! I've finally found a medical center and doctor that takes time to get understanding of his patients. He offers solutions and works with you to help you to get on the right track with your health.
