Seriously the greatest dental office ever. Received paperwork well in advance to expedite onboarding; waited less than 5 minutes in waiting area; waited less than 10 minutes for Dr. Horwitz to start doing the lord's work; genuinely good banter; super mellow experience. All in all a delightful day at the dentist.
Our family has been coming to the Oak Park Oral Health Care Clinic for many years. The office is welcoming and staff are very friendly. Drs. Horwitz, Krawczyk and their staff always display excellent customer care, great chair-side manner, and have provided consistently great care throughout the years. When I had an unexpected dental emergency, Dr. Horwitz took care of me right away, put me at ease and did an amazing job! I've been seeing Dr. Krawczyk since I was a kid. Growing up, I never understood why everyone hated the dentist so much because I loved going to Oral Health Care! Dr. Krawczyk and the team have always made sure I'm comfortable, pain-free, and understood everything about my oral health. Several retainers, root canals, and MANY cavities later, I still enjoy going to the dentist.
