This place, definitely gets no stars from me. The only reason why I left a star is so I can leave this review. I walked in here expecting to get a trim, which by the way was gonna cost me $25. I asked him if he could flat iron my hair, mind you my hair is barely up to my shoulders. He said it was gonna cost me $75. So you mean to tell me my trim is $25 and to flat iron my hair is $50?? That’s crazy. No thank you!’

A great quick place in the spur of the moment. I loved my girls. With my hair type whatever they did held my curls up all day. I did go home and flex rod them until it was time for the dinner party. A little on the pricy side. Only because I was in a rush I agreed on the price. I just had a wash, blow dry and curl. I did t even get to sit under the dryer for a condition. But it turned out great for the purpose

The owner/stylist is very rude and unprofessional. His name is Mike (he's the taller guy who sit to the right when you first walk in) and he's very combative and confrontational. I will NEVER give my money to any business that does not respect their customers and talk to them rudely. They also make up prices by the day and give you some silly card to track what they charge you. Just have a set price for your services! There is another shop just like this one down the street called Asma's - across the street from McDonald's on Taylor and Madison. They are WAY nicer, cheaper and do much better hair and even have better products and equipment for healthy hair, like steamers. Go to them and avoid these disrespectful assholes who think they're back in their country where they don't respect women.
