We discovered a bit of basement flooding during high summer heat and intermittent heavy rain to discover the A/C drain was clogged. Patrick came out and squeezed into the space behind the furnace to confirm and fix the issue all within an hour. Patrick was very patient with me trying to “help” with extra lights and didn’t make me feel foolish for not doing proper annual maintenance.
