I want to recognize Haxhi Rojba for his professionalism and kindness during a recent fire drill in the building. He went above and beyond by assisting me and my nephew, helping us safely down from the third floor of the parking lot to the designated meeting point. His actions showed true care and responsibility, especially in a moment of stress.
Unfortunately, one of the nurses told me I had to wheel the patient down myself instead of offering help. In contrast, Haxhi stepped in and did the right thing—putting the patient's well-being first. His support made a big difference, and I’m truly grateful.

I will always choose this location for my immediate healthcare needs going forward. I went to 2 other immediate cares in the area and they couldn’t figure out how to bill my standard insurance. I came here and had no issues as the receptionists were EXTREMELY knowledgeable and helped me very quickly and kindly.
