I’ve driven by this place probably a jillion times. I imagined from the appearance-it would be astronomically out of my price range. Then, I got a pair of glasses from Walmart(they took my insurance)and I kept feeling really dizzy and I thought it was me. Like that something was Really Wrong. Oh guess what. It was the prescription. 🙄 I self-paid for the exam which was very High Techie. (Not cheap but you only get 2 eyes.)And then some intelligent thinking from the eye doctor. I decided to look at their frames. They had a couple boxes of lower priced frames but they were presented so nicely. You didn’t feel like lesser-than. I had really great assistance from(I’m so sorry. I didn’t get names.) a young woman who I trusted immediately. And she let me pick whatever I wanted to try and promised to be honest and I think she really was. I could tell she really enjoyed her work and she was really good at it. I interacted with more of the staff-all of whom were really positive humans. (You don’t find that everywhere, do ya?) I’m excited to get my glasses. They feel like a good fit for who I am. And they happened to come out of the lower cost box which was even cooler. Thanks!

Dr. Tan saw us shortly after our daughter told us one of her eyes wasn’t seeing well. From the moment we got to the door, his staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The office was clean and comfortable. Our 5yo followed their clear and age-appropriate instructions, and in 25 minutes we were given a thumbs up by Dr. Tan. What a relief! Thanks, Compass Crew!

I came to Compass Eye Care for eye exams and glasses for myself and a child based on a recommendation. I’m so happy with this practice; staff are professional, knowledgeable, timely, friendly, and very customer service oriented. I thought they had a good range of prices for frames to meet many price points. I spent less on glasses than I have in the past and I think my new glasses are more fashionable than my old ones. Staff were also great with my child, who got his first pair of glasses, and explained the exam process in a way that was very easy for him to understand. I will continue to come to this practice.
