Barbara’s ability to create an atmosphere of trust and safety is unique to her warm personality.She can pick my body’s energy and fix me within the hour thanks to great technical skills that span over 30 years of somatic movement practice.Barbara adapts the body work to the current pain or ache in a holistic whole body approach while educating me .When a body part responds to pressure with pain it is a brief discomfort that releases and gives way to pleasant relief.
