I moved recently and didn't realize until now how spoiled I was at this dry cleaners. Here are some of the highlights: 1. If I needed my clothes back with a quick turnaround time (which was more often then I would like to admit), they always accommodated me with no mistakes 2. They never lost 1 article of clothing that I brought to them in over 5 years. 3. They have a standing customer appreciation discount Tuesday (I believe it's 10% or 20% off anything you bring in) 4. They give you a small present during the holidays every year -- it's a really nice touch that shows appreciation for their customer base 5.
