I had a very good experience today. I came in today after going to another salon on 100 kedzie yesterday. I hated my nails! The guy didn’t do anything I ask for. The owner of velvet nails salon helped me out and redid my nails for a responsible amount. He was kind and considerate. The salon was clean and the workers were nice. Even offered me and other customers water. I used to get my nails done here years ago with the previous owners. Thank you for fixing my nails and listening to me! I will be back.

I found velvet nails about a year ago. I will never go to another nail salon. The staff is friendly, they always do an excellent job, and the prices are so reasonable. This is by far the best nail salon I’ve been to.

I have been coming here for years and I always leave happy. The dip nails last a long time. Pedicures are great and reasonably priced. Staff is always friendly, shop is always clean and decorated.
