Came here to be seen for something minor, they have a note on the door to call and stay in the vehicle okay cool I called and no one picks up I wait 2-3 minutes and call 2 more times, 5 minutes later a lady In her Porsche knocks on the door and someone comes and let her in right in my face they both see me and so I wait maybe she is the only one that can’t help me I call again and they didn’t pick up. If y’all not taking appointments walk ins or anything to be specific just put closed on the door. 0 stars wait yalll lol I’m pulling off the mailman comes and they open the door .

They are wonderful, from start to finish. One employee who really stands out is Ameer. He has done all of my Covid tests and he seriously is amazing---friendly, efficient, helpful, and really cares. He even called me after hours to give me the results of my test. Southwest Urgent Care is truly lucky to have Ameer!

I wish I could give Southwest Urgent Care more than 5 stars! This is not my normal physicians office, I went in for a Rapid & PCR Covid test. The gal I talked to on the phone to make the appointment was so kind and had an amazing attitude. They were able to get me and my mom an appointment the day I called. We only had to wait about 30 minutes to get the tests done and we would receive our rapid results that day and the PCR results in 2-3 days. Nada was the one who did the swabbing. She was so sweet and made the experience go very smoothly. She was honestly a breath of fresh air amongst all the chaos. I spoke to Margaret when she called to give me my results and she was another kind soul. It's a tough time to stay in good spirits, but their positive attitudes made the experience go a little smoother. We also spoke to Matt on the phone and he is another rockstar! Nothing but goods things to say about this place.

Completely unprofessional and worthless. I wish I could give no stars. I needed a PCR test to travel. They assured me I would have results in 48 hrs. I never got the results or a response from them and was forced to pay for an expedited test at the airport.

I can not stress enough how horrible my experiences have been coming to this urgent care. I have so many stories, but I'll limit it to my most stressful one. I came to this urgent care because I had pain in one of my toes. The doctor told me that it could be gout. I'm not a doctor, but there was no discoloration or inflammation of my toe. It appeared normal. Also, I eat very clean and exercise regularly. I told the doctor this, but she said it didn't matter, which according to what I know is false. She then recommended I see a specialist. The specialist determined it to be an ingrown toenail within seconds of seeing it and hearing my complaint of pain. She then gets some toenail clippers and gets it out as fast as it took her to diagnose the issue. They billed me $800 for what could have been done at a nail salon for $25-$40 plus tip. I am of the mind that the Pringle doctor blatantly lied to me. The second doctor could have told me to go to a nail salon too. They're obviously only about money at this location. My second issue accord earlier this week. These are deplorable people. Do NOT come here.
