LADIES BEWARE!!! PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. Any lady who has ever gotten their lashes done by a talented and trained lash tech will immediately be dissatisfied with the result they get when they come here. I've been getting lashed for years. Mink, high-quality individual lashes by a licensed esthetician who does beautiful work. After she relocated to Orland it became harder for me to make it to her, I decided to try this place. It's conveniently located and the pricing is reasonable IF you're getting a full set of correctly, well placed lashes. Full transparency, I pay just as much to the girl that actually knows what she is doing ($120 for a full set) as this place charged me. I have come to expect my lashes to last 3-4 weeks and look great the whole time. They typically shed individually, slowly, over time with your natural lash. It's worth it to me...until I came here. I asked for a wispy hybrid set. I wanted them to look natural, with the softness that the wispy sets offer. I was charged $120 for this set. I provided pictures of what I wanted. Instead, I got volume lashes (that don't look natural at all), and was told she gave me "extra glue" (something I didn't want and have never been offered before). It was thick, and when it set it became sharp and irritating like sandpaper. The lashes were placed directly on the skin of my lash line, and began to pull and detach, causing redness, soreness, burning, and minor swelling, before detaching and pulling my natural lashes off completely. This continued to happen in large chunks until they all came off. I have never had this experience in all the years I've been getting lashes. I also got my brows threaded this day, and was cut with the thread so badly that my brow was sore for days - another experience I have NEVER had ANYWHERE else. I texted Sita at the number she provided me for booking, and she told me to send her pics and claimed this has never happened to any other girl and that it isn't her problem and she wouldn't be issuing a refund, rather I could come and "get it fixed" as an alternative (as if I was going to let her touch my face again). To top it off, "fixing it" wasn't even a realistic alternative since I had no natural lash at all in some places across my lash line to affix an extension to. I told her this was unacceptable and that her rude treatment is something that shouldn't be an acceptable business practice. She then proceeded to tell me that she would offer a partial refund but that she needed to cover her time and materials. I was patient, yet never received this partial refund. I waited a couple of weeks before reaching back out, still frustrated that I can't even wear mascara without enhancing the fact that there is half my lash missing, and she then denied offering a refund, told me that they will not offer a refund of any kind, and was rude to me again, blaming me for the poor service I received. I don't really bother will leaving reviews in general unless I've had an extraordinarily good or bad experience worth nothing, but this is absolutely ridiculous. The shop is dirty, I doubt shes properly trained or certified, and she it botching women's faces left and right and clearly doesn't care because she makes zero effort to rectify situations where the customer was physically injured and proceeds to argue with every negative review left, claiming that we are all just a bunch of liars. Honestly the city should not let this continue. Sita has a lawsuit on her hands if these women wanted to recoup their money and receive payment for damages to their physical bodies. I have pictures that speak for themselves. Save your money. You've been warned.

I have extremely thick and bushy eyebrows. I don't get them tamed on a regular basis, and when I do get them done I usually can't even tell that they've been done. So I had a wedding to go to recently and decided at the last minute to get them done. I walked in without an appointment and was seen right away. I wanted them waxed but the person who helped me suggested a combination of threading and waxing since they were so thick. And I have to say they looked AMAZING. I have never gotten so many compliments on my brows before. Customer service was great, the shop was clean, and the prices were reasonable. I will definitely be back.Services: Eyebrow shaping

Sita, the owner is wonderful and does phenomenal work threading men's eyebrows. She is extremely friendly, kind, and welcoming. I highly recommend Sita Beauty Care Salon to anybody looking for a great, inexpensive place to have waxing or threading done regularly! Thank you, Sita!! I'll see you soon.

I love Sita she’s got the magic hand, but unfortunately I’ve stopped coming as regularly because of the other lady she has working there. I’ve given her multiple tries with my eyebrows but she does it very quickly and even after pointing out trouble areas, she will still miss all the hair. I went to get my eyelashes done and decided in good faith to give Ms. other lady a shot to do my eyelashes for a wedding. she only offered the strip. I mentioned cluster but she never offered classic or anything else. After she was done I was completely shocked at the amount of glue she put on them. I asked for when Sita will be back she told me at 12. I went back at 130pm and she was the only one in the salon. I told her I did not like them and needed them removed. She put a little oil on them and began to rip them off! I was completely shocked and relieved she didn’t rip all my lashes off. I asked when Sita will be back and she proceeded to say she didn’t know. I asked for a refund and she said they don’t do refunds. I love Sita, but that other woman ruins my experience every time I let her near my face. And she let me know “I always do the lashes like this” and if that’s the case- she’s got no business doing ANYONES lashes. I recommend ONLY letting Sita near your precious face.
