I called Prime Appliance Service to have a technician come out and diagnose my dishwasher. Over the phone Victor explained possible issues I could be having and I was actually able to repair my own dishwasher with his instructions. Most businesses would have been happy to take my money so I truly appreciate you taking the time to answer my questions. I will definitely use his services in the future as he was very knowledgeable (next time I will be a paying customer). Thank you!

Victor was great. Friendly, efficient. He fixed the oven & burner quickly. The rep who made the appt was equally friendly & efficient. I would recommend prime to anyone needing an appliance repair.

I haven’t had appliance repair service like this since my last repairman retired. Victor came in a respectable time, I told him the problem and he fixed it within a half hour. Very nice man and friendly. Will keep his number for any future reference
