The gentleman that answered the phone said someone would be out between 11 and 1 and promptly at 11:00 John was at our door. I showed him the location of the soil pipe in the basement and he determined the easiest way was to remove the toilet on the first floor.
The job was completed quickly and efficiently and for a reasonable price too.

“I highly recommend Suburban plumbing. We called for an emergency where sewer water was coming from our drains in the basement. Mike and Bob were knowledgeable and were able to pin point the issue. They explained to us what they did and why we needed additional services for example the jet cleaning. The prices are not as high as other companies and can finance a project. Over the busy Easter holiday, we experienced a major plumbing stoppage. Our first call was to a larger named plumbjng company, but unfortunately, their technician seemed inexperienced. After running a cable through the toilet drain with no success, he continued suggesting more work without any clear resolution—only driving up the bill.

Frustrated, we sought a second opinion and were referred to Walsh Services Inc. From the moment we spoke to dispatch, the experience was completely different—courteous, prompt, and professional. Jim and Mark arrived quickly, assessed the problem right away, and had the issue resolved within just 45 minutes.
