The staff was friendly and professional. They took care of us quickly and the rooms were clean. Our prescription was sent to the pharmacy right away. Couldn't ask for anything more from an urgent care visit!
I visited Osf on 95th and ridgeland and I was treated very well by receptionist. Then Vickie my nurse called me back and she was absolutely amazing. She was so knowledgeable and funny. Thank you Vickie for the laughs. Very much appreciated the doctor as well. Great place to go for your urgent needs.
I found out from them that they didn't have machines like CT to scan which was disappointing. They told me that then did some movement checks on my daughter and recommended scans. Working with my practitioner they tried to get scans ordered but my pediatrician wouldn't so ER was recommended. They called the ambulance for us and had they not my daughter could have died due to a rare health issue in which the small bowel telescopes into the stomach. Now we know to watch for it in the future. I'm extremely grateful for them pushing to have scans and calling the ambulance! They easily could be the reason my daughter is alive!
