Called this place 11/7/24. Jim came out to look at my refrigerator. It was leaking from the bottom freezer. He did pull it out and said the back panel is broken. Said I needed new panel and he would call me. He never did. Mean while this is still leaking and warping the floor. Scam, scam ,scam. DO NOT CALL THEM.

Watch out for these guys. They're scammers. Fixed our dryer in December.Charged $400. 2 months later dryer broke again. 90 day warranty that they won't honor. When we call them and after explaining the situationt they keep hanging up on us after saying they're not oak lawn Appliance Repair! Went to their business address. It's a video gaming establishment.Service: Dryer repair

We wanted an washing machine repaired and Oak Lawn Appliance Repair was able to come out on that day. The repairman did an awesome job. Very satisfied with work.

Washing machine was not spinning clothes properly — Oak Lawn Appliance came out promptly but did not even look into the washer instead he was dressed in dress shoes and nice clothes and quoted us triple the price for parts compared to what the manufacturer charges plus another $150 for labor(understood his charge for labor) we decided not to use him. His service call fee was $59 to come to our house to not even look in the washer but to just diagnose the problem by what we said was happening.Glad we decided not to use them.

Called oak lawn appliance repair, said they would send out a technician, a different company called universal appliance called me and came out. I explained the issue, I already knew what the problem was, main board. They said they’ll call me back with estimate after I pay call out fee. I paid call out fee, they called me back with an estimate of $530, but when I asked how much the part was they couldn’t give an answer, or when I asked for a labor per hour charge they couldn’t give an answer either. Lol try scamming someone else, the part was less than $150Service: Stove & cooktop repair

Website says they repair dishwashers and when I called they representative said they didn't and then hung up on me. Very disappointing
