Dr Rahming ALWAYS takes time out for my Dad to make sure he understands what is needed or necessary for his care plan &; I tell him all the time how much we appreciate him Thnx Doc!

JenCare provided some of the worst service our family has ever experienced. Staff were rude, unresponsive, and showed no urgency or accountability. We waited over a month for a referral, with no callbacks and no communication about what was needed to move the process forward—despite repeated attempts to follow up.
Because of JenCare’s lack of follow-up and communication, my mom missed her scheduled surgery. This caused unnecessary stress, delays, and harm that could have been completely avoided with basic professionalism and care. Every time we called them we were told her case manager is in lunch or bathroom or meeting and never called back or cared. Healthcare requires communication and reliability.
JenCare failed on both. I would not recommend this office to anyone who needs timely or compassionate care.

Receptionist was very friendly and we loved dr. Bell. She was very helpful in the way she talked to my sister Cassandra Komenda. She spoke slowly and asked her many times if she was OK with what she suggested . And someone called me today to schedule 3 of her scans at another facility. That someone made a 3 way call and stayed on the call for the duration until 2 of the 3 tests were scheduled. Very impressive

I don’t recommend Jencare at all. I’m switching both my parents back to their old medical clinics. If you’re on a Medicare HMO plan, you’ll very likely die before you see a referral. Jencare expects their doctors to give the least referrals possible to save money! Seniors need the best care possible and Jencare is not the place for them! I couldn’t post this without giving them 1 star at least, but they don’t deserve any.
