I joined in late February and have been pleased to work with Jonathan and Vanessa. Both are great trainers and bring a positive gym environment. Their work outs are challenging but not so challenging where you leave feeling defeated as I came across that in other gyms. I was also looking for a place where I go get my workout and leave and not have wait on others for equipment like you would if you just went to an ordinary gym. I would highly recommend them and look forward to continuing my fitness journey with them.
I absolutely love this gym! From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with a positive and supportive environment. The trainers here are incredible. I’ve had the pleasure of working with all of them, and they are all extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and motivating.
My main trainer, Vanessa, is amazing! She brings such great energy to every session, making workouts both enjoyable and effective. She takes the time to explain exercises, correct form, and even provides helpful nutrition tips to support my fitness goals. Most importantly, Vanessa gives you confidence. She pushes you to do your best while making sure you feel comfortable and strong in every workout.

I’m the type of person who can’t get motivated to workout by myself and this gym has 2 classes conveniently in the early morning and evening, everyone is so encouraging no matter where you are in your fitness journey. Coming here motivates me to get out of bed and workout. It’s not a huge gym but it’s not tiny, I think it’s the perfect size and each trainer know you by name, which I appreciate. This gym is really amazing! Jon, Vanessa and Jason are really the best. With every trainer you’ll get a great workout and amazing results!
