However, some customers have reported issues with the whirlpool and sauna being frequently out of order, which can be inconvenient. Overall a good experience but since I go to classes often, for several weeks it’s not been great since the sound system has consistently been broken and when we ask the gym to fix it they said it’s the job of the instructors to deal with the audio. That’s odd because every other gym or LA fitness I’ve gone to has their own sound system and manage it themselves. If it continues to be a problem I’ll go somewhere else.
I been a member for some time and this was and continues to be one of my favorite athletic clubs in the Chicagoland area. The staff is always so welcoming and I very much appreciate that! Sabino is always attentive and helpful. Thank you for having an amazing staff!
Sucks that its no longer 24/7 since LA Fitness took over XSPORT. This gym is pretty big with a lot of equipment, a pool, rock climbing wall, basketball court, showers, steam room and other things. I've noticed a some of the equipment was broken, even after I've mentioned it to staff, the next day the same broken equipment was still available for members to use. Overall i rate this location 3 ouf of 5 stars
