I got my perm done twice here. By Aaliyah Both times that I have received the perm. The two perms did not stay. They stayed for like 2-3 days and did not stay curly. I have spent over 160$ on these two perms and have not got a refund. It has been 10 months I have to walk around without a perm.

I went to get a haircut for the first time in almost 8 months. Yvette did my hair and it was the first time I genuinely loved my haircut in a long time. She was very friendly and gentle as well. I will be requesting her 100% of the time from now on. Thank you Yvette!

Alicia or alighia whatever her name was rude, rushing, left a diagonal brush stroke over a blonde color block which was very unprofessional, was agressive with bleach application and almost got it in my eye, barely spoke to me, got water in my ears while rinsing etc, went here once and never went back because of her. Rest of the staff seemed friendly but I spent way too much money with her to feel awkward

came in as a walk-in. Called 10 minutes before everything was said to be fine. I come in all staff is acting slow upon the situation as if no one called so I leave.. the lady with blonde hair is rude and smacking gum as she talks, so unprofessional.. then I call as I walk out to see maybe I did make a mistake but the lady answers the phone lol this place is joke take your money some where else.

I have been going to Bonnie for years! Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Bonnie also did hair for my sisters wedding which turned out simply gorgeous! I have been experimenting with shorter hair and there’s no one else I’d trust to take such a big leap with. Thank you, Bonnie, for always making me feel beautiful! ?

I love the atmosphere of the shop and my stylist, Mona, is great!
Stylist: Mona is my stylist and she is great. Takes her time with me and always gives me great color ideas and product recommendations!

I was late 10 minutes to my appointment. Which I completely understand is a no no But when I walked in Bonnie completely made me feel awful after the already awful day I had. I have never been back and neither has my family that was going there for years. Just br a nice person. Yes. I should have been on time but dont deserve the disrespect. I feel bad they lost alot of customers as my family and I dont go here anymore. I prefer to spend $150 on a haircut just to feel good when I walk into the establishment.
