Our furnace went out in one of the coldest days of the year. We called our usual HVAC company we’ve used and no response. My husband called and texted I also called and texted. And till this day we have not received a callback. I called Kings Heating and Cooling they responded quickly and a technician was sent out within 20 minutes. Cole was polite and honest with us. He set us up with a sales rep. Who also came out the same night. Jordan was very personable, funny and he loved our dog Ozzie. We were given space heaters and our furnace was installed within 2 days. Ramese was very polite. He came at the earlier part of my four hour window, which I truly appreciated. He explained what he observed during his examination of my furnace/boiler. He assured me that I shouldn’t have any problems with my furnace.
Matthew came in for a plumbing inspection pointed out that my water heater was installed wrong a major hazard for my kids and I at home. He pointed out how it should’ve been properly installed gave me options which was a + we set a date for a Monday. Monday came water heater was installed it looks beautiful with that copper pipping the guys did! Now I can go to sleep stress free knowing it was a job perfectly done! Definitely recommend them.
