Could not have had a better experience at an urgent care. From the initial phone call to schedule, to the front desk who greeted us when we walked in. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Felt very welcomed. Dr. Was great! We were in and out. Highly recommend!!

Today I brought my son in - thinking he may of had rsv because he was wheezing and coughing. I asked when I arrived if they took walks ins and they told me they did. After I gave them my insurance they informed me they don’t accept my insurance. I understand, so I offered to self pay (since I was concerned for my son and drove 20 mins to get there). I was then told it is “against the law” for me to self pay and that they would not see him. I tried to reason with them for my son to be seen and she told me they would not see him. 0 stars- they truly lacked any empathy for a sick child.

The service was really good when we first started with them. But today i.e. on Friday, they told me that my Monday morning appointment wouldn't be available and needs to be rescheduled, then kept me on hold for 45 min just trying to get the new appointment. I'm switching the provider.

We absolutely love Angela! She is truly amazing with babies and has a heart of gold. From the start, she made us feel supported and cared for, especially as we were navigating a new and overwhelming experience. Angela went above and beyond. She would call us regularly just to check in and make sure we were doing okay. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare and meant so much to us.
She never brushes off our concerns; instead, she listens carefully, validates our worries, and always takes the time to address them fully. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her patients and their families. We’re so grateful to have her on our care team!

Dr. Boomsba is absolutely amazing. She saw us right away and identified my son’s milk allergy, got us help with insurance and most of all listened to us as new parents. Her personality and attitude is wonderful and I am so happy with my son’s first urgent care visit being with her!

I came for an emergency for my daughter and the waiting room was completely empty. The office staff told me they were completely booked with nobody waiting at 3 in the afternoon.

I love that we can always get into Alzeine Pediatrics. There are many offices. Nicole, the manager, has been very helpful navigating the medical issues. Ms. Frank is also wonderful. My kids adore her. The other providers are also great.
