Advocate Physical Therapy is highly recommended. The therapists are fabulous, professional, and good at what they do. They take time to explain things, making patients feel comfortable, respected, and that their well-being is a concern. They break everything down with great understanding. The front desk is very nice with great customer service skills and flexibility with schedules. The place has a great vibe and energy that patients love.
Had therapy with Courtney and she was wonderful. Very caring and helpful. She really listened to me and helped me with my concerns. Everyone here is great from the office to the therapists.
Front Desk are very nice and have great customer service skills. Emily and Clara are one of my favorite PT's there. I recommend coming to this place. Emily is one of the most patient physical therapist and she is very knowledgeable. She breaks down everything for me and has a good understanding of what people are going through. They are pretty flexible with your schedule as well! I love the energy and great vibe they have (:
