If you have a choice do not use these people. They are completely useless. They will promise that your supplies are on automatic reorder each quarter, but when the date comes they have done nothing to place the order. Therefore, three weeks ago, I placed the order by phone and received an email a week later to say it’s being “processed.” A week after that they send an email to say that it requires doctor’s authorization which they have requested. I checked with my doctor and they’ve done no such thing. I try to call them and after being on hold for 10-15 minutes, it will ring endlessly, followed by disconnection. Their phone system is horrible. You can't talk to a person and when you do they can't help you only take a message. You better pray you are available when they call back cause if you're not it's endless phone tag and stress.

They cheated my elderly mother out of nurse aid services. She was supposed to receive 1 visit a week for 3 weeks. The aide came 1 time and never showed up again. I called to find out what was going on was told last Thursday that Jody would call back. Never received a call back. Called again today and was told the same thing. Still haven’t heard from anyone. Physical therapist is also in the home once a week and said he is closing the case but the nurse aid still didn’t call or show up for the last 2 visits. ADVOCATE IS SIMPLY HORRIBLE!!!
