I traveled from New York to Chicago for a haircut with Waleed, and it was absolutely worth it. He is very skilled, professional, and pays attention to every detail. He made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in, and the whole experience was smooth and comfortable. The haircut came out amazing, the price was fair, and you can tell he really cares about his customers. Walid is not only a great barber but also a great person. I was looking online and found this shop near the area I'm in and decided to go in to get a haircut because of these bot reviews ranting and raving about this shop and I almost left! once you go in you are going to be greeted by this gentleman who if I'm not mistaken is the owner but broooo the look on that dudes face is like a like a bulldog chewing a wasp probably goes to the gym 3 days a week thinking he tough you ask if you can get a haircut and he is staring at you like you is asking him for charity sitting not speaking with an empty chair lol giving I'm middle eastern I expected someone who is like me to offer to cut my hair had it not been for the hispanic gentleman ( who says he is sicilian) which i can understand maybe he though i was ICE or something who smiled and waived i would have left. Also I'm not sure if my equipment was sanitized like the reviews say and be mindful to get cash ahead of time so u wont have to run across the street to get money from the family dollar they only zelle no ATM or a sign that says so I'm giving this place 2 stars just because of the gentlemen who took care of me good customer service. but will never go back.
