my mom's house had old window latches that the handles broke off of. Contacted Accurate and shipped them to them. They made the part, repainted the latches and sent them back in like 3 days!!!! they looked brand new and worked like new! can't thank you enough. They even called to make sure I got the package and to make sure they worked!!!!! A++
