Warrens has been great. My car was towed there after an accident and he was very understanding and patient with me. He walked me through what I needed from my insurance/police. I had an issue with the salvage yard that picked up my car and he was more than happy to help me with whatever I needed from him. Overall great customer service!
I really cannot believe that just because May Marquardt cannot afford to fix her car, she takes it out on Robert. I don't think her position was fair in the review, because she did not even give Robert a chance to make up for anything before she posted the review. Robert has always treated me like family, and when he fixes my auto, he really fixes it so I am not keep going back. He does not do more than necessary to fix my car. Therefore, I give Robert & the whole staff at Warren's Automotive a true 5-star rating, and recommend him to all my friends and family. And by the way I am not related to May in any way.
Great advice. Went in for transmission problem my 2017 Pacifica was experiencing. He asked if I intended to keep the car for while or might be getting a new car anytime soon. Advised that it might be too costly for and should think about a possible trade in. I ended up trading the Pacifica per his advice and got a new car. I know he missed out on a job. He didn’t scam me. Predicated the honesty.
