Finally decided to make the call for my AC unit. Todd came out, tested the unit, diagnosed our problem AND... Unfortunately, our system needs replacement. Todd was fantastic though; quick, knowledgeable and answered our questions. Even apologized for giving us the bad news. Scheduling with King was fast and easy, made sure we knew they were coming, and handled it all swiftly and professionally.

We recently had a new furnace and air conditioning system installed by King, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the first phone call to the completion of the installation, everyone we worked with was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.
The installation team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and treated our home with respect.
