Rise Physical Therapy & Wellness Sports Medicine

“I have been to Rise Physical Therapy after my knee arthroscopy surgery. In this day and age where patients at many clinics are given very little personal attention , the therapist here treats every patient one on one , takes time to educate the patient , train the patient, as required , gives Home excercise programs on an ongoing basis. You can see a clear difference between a commercial clinic vs one therapist working with passion, and compassion! I wish her the very best in all her future endeavors!“

“I am extremely happy with the treatment and education I received for my back and neck issues. I was given all the tools I need to keep my recovery moving in the right direction! Michelle is an excellent PT, as is Jen (Michelle was my PT for all but 1 session). The entire staff is friendly and engaged with everyone that walks through the door. It is a place where you feel that everyone in the building cares about you!

I highly recommend this facility if you’re ever in need of physical therapy!

“Both my husband and I have both gone for treatments at their different offices. Very hands on approach, not just stretching and doing exercises. My treatment had some deep tissue manipulation first then cupping and exercises and can optionally get dry needling. My husband has been getting that and can’t stop raving about it. Especially if you are very active in sports or working out, can’t recommend this place enough.“

“My hip abductor has been bothering me for a month. I finally got an appointment at Impact PT and saw Chris. He was great at diagnosing the problem and treating it. He did different stretches and also did a needle treatment to release the tension. A few days later, my pain was gone and I have been able to move the leg as usual. I recommend Impact and Chris highly.“

“If you're struggling with pain and seeking a place where you'll receive personalized care and attention, I highly recommend Dr. Moin. He is not only a highly skilled professional who genuinely wants to help alleviate your pain, but also an incredibly knowledgeable doctor. Many people say that finding a good doctor is as important as finding a life partner, but I would argue that finding an excellent therapist is even more critical, especially when managing occasional pain.

If you're looking for expert care, I cannot recommend this practice enough.

I had been dealing with persistent back pain, relying on strong painkillers, muscle relaxants, and enduring sleepless nights. After just two weeks of treatment with Dr. Moih, I’m already experiencing a significant reduction in pain—about 80%—and have been able to sleep without any medication. I’ll continue to share my progress as my treatment continues.

Dr. Moih is an exceptional professional and specialist, and it’s clear he truly knows what he’s doing.“

“I flew in from out of town to receive a PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma Therapy) treatment on my achilles a few weeks ago and this was my first time visiting Ultimate Medical Group. The staff was so caring and kind and it was not like your typical medical office. They made me feel so comfortable and made me laugh! During the procedure, Dr. Irizarry and Dr. Cammisa made the procedure quick and made me feel at ease. I am no pain today! I am so grateful for this medical group. I also recommend shock wave therapy and EMTT therapy. Thank you Ultimate Medical Group, I will be back for sure and am so thankful and blessed to have found you!“

Physicians Sports and Injury Center Sports Medicine

“I cannot say enough about the incredible care and genuine warmth I’ve experienced at Physicians Sports and Injury Center in Westmont, IL. Dr. Darrell Wehrend and his amazing staff, especially Amanda and Evan, are truly exceptional—not just as professionals, but as kind, loving people who make every visit feel like coming home. From the moment I walk in, they don’t just take care of me; they always ask about my family, remembering details that show how much they care about their patients as individuals.
The treatments here are unparalleled. Dr. Darrell’s expertise in integrating real chiropractic adjustments with cutting-edge therapies like the H-Wave, therapeutic massage, and physical therapy on specialized machines you won’t find anywhere else is nothing short of transformative. After struggling with chronic neck pain and recurring back injuries, Dr. Darrell not only relieved my pain but also strengthened my body to prevent future issues. He completely changed the way I work out, giving me tools and knowledge to stay active and injury-free. The holistic approach—combining hands-on care with advanced technology and personalized physical therapy—has been a game-changer for my health and wellness.
I’m now moving to Nebraska, and while I’m hopeful to find a similar clinic in Lincoln, I know it will be nearly impossible to match the level of care, compassion, and innovation at Physicians Sports and Injury Center. Dr. Darrell, Amanda, Evan, and the entire team have set the bar so high, and I’ll miss them dearly. If you’re in Westmont or anywhere nearby, do yourself a favor and visit this clinic—you won’t find a better place for healing, strengthening, and feeling genuinely cared for. Thank you for everything!“

“Im in a mobility devuce...a scooter...and the halleats and doorways were way too nsrrow. I had great difficulty maneuverung around and getting into exam rooms. The layout is very handicap unfriendly and there are no power doors. The ekevator eas also a bit difficult because the shape of the elevator had the long side perpendicular to the entry, so i had to turn into it unstead if just pulling firward. Many disabled folk have diffuculty twisting making backing up a blind maneuver. If i could pull in straight and back up straught, that would be much easier that having to back up while turning.“
