Whether traveling or while at the Nordstrom Oakbrook Center, our customer service has ALWAYS been good. Today’s experience solidifies us as lifelong customers! True Story: We’d been at the mall since 1:30, and Nordstrom was the last stop. As usual, my wife was taking FOREVER… Short of the long, I left my phone in either the perfume section or women’s shoes. I truly enjoy shopping for shoes at this particular location! Because I wear a larger size and the shoe selection is absolutely incredible, I couldn’t ask for anything better, and I will continue to shop at this location.
