Horrible company to work for DON’T do it unless you don’t want your pay in a timely manner! Staff are unprofessional they have individuals in positions they don’t qualify for educationally. No training for positions. Owner doesn’t even stay in this country. VERY HIGH TURNOVER RATE! Don’t do it!!

I would strongly advise anyone considering working here or enrolling their children to look elsewhere because this was easily the most horrible job I have ever experienced in my life. From the start, there was absolutely no training provided, so you’re just expected to know what to do without any guidance. The boss, Dimond, is incredibly disrespectful and doesn't communicate expectations at all. Instead of actually managing, they just watch you on the cameras and call you to nitpick everything you’re doing wrong. You have to be especially careful if you work at the Cochise Home because the girls there are spiteful and will try to get you fired. It’s clear that the people running this place are just money-hungry and do not have anyone's best interests at heart. If you have kids here, please take them out and double-check your money constantly. Don't even waste your time applying here, and if you don't believe me, just read the other reviews because they say the exact same thing. This place is unprofessional and a complete waste of time. And no matter how nice these people talk to you on the phone go check on your kids. Go check your money. I’m serious.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The third day I was working there the maintenance man brought somebody Social Security card that was just on the floor. They’re not taking care of any information. Beware!!!!! Definitely calling to state they need to do a walk-through on this company

Having worked in various big health Agencies in Dallas Texas and Chicago IL, Reliance Home Health has been a wonderful place to work. Starting from the schedulers, the supervisors, the DON, and above all, the Director/ Administrator , all are so unique and loving people to work with. My long-term Supervisor Rita W and the Director Darlene have been so wonderful, caring and exceptional .Reliance like every other organization has many challenges. But what makes it unique and successful is the managerial skill and the Director.who personally intervenes in any problem a staff may have and always assure you that you belong and your work is appreciated while resolving the problem. So, the Agency deserves five stars ? rating given for it is nice place to work.

I’ve been working for this company for about 2 weeks now and so far it’s been great! Diamond is very helpful when it comes to scheduling, and the clients are very nice. They work with your schedule, and ask you your preferences! Hiring process was very fast as well. Would highly recommend!!

I recommend you stop searching because Reliance is the company you are looking for. Do not take my words for it, try it out and you will be thankful you did. It is amazing!!!
