Horrible company to work for DON’T do it unless you don’t want your pay in a timely manner! Staff are unprofessional they have individuals in positions they don’t qualify for educationally. No training for positions. Owner doesn’t even stay in this country. VERY HIGH TURNOVER RATE! Don’t do it!!

I would strongly advise anyone considering working here or enrolling their children to look elsewhere because this was easily the most horrible job I have ever experienced in my life. From the start, there was absolutely no training provided, so you’re just expected to know what to do without any guidance. The boss, Dimond, is incredibly disrespectful and doesn't communicate expectations at all. Instead of actually managing, they just watch you on the cameras and call you to nitpick everything you’re doing wrong. The best pediatric nursing company! They truly care about the kids and do everything they can to make sure you are well taken care of. They are always available 24 hours a day to help.
