We go here often, unfortunately this time around it seem they we're understaffed. Food too long and it was cold when it arrived at table. They offered to reheat but it was not the same afterwards. Not the best experience

It was weekday afternoon, not crowded at all, and service was extremely slow. After our order was taken, it took a while, and food came out lukewarm. We let the server know, he replaced the fries. I've never had that happen and was quite surprised at the service. Not sure what was going on.

Celebrated a birthday there. Our waiter was so kind and attentive. She was very sweet. It was my first time at Ruscello and I would go back again. Everyone enjoyed the appetizers for the table and their entrees.
