I cannot say enough good things about Alex at the Oakbrook location. We came in unsure and honestly a little overwhelmed with how my daughter’s hair had turned out, and Alex handled everything with such professionalism and care. She took the time to explain the process, reassured us, and then completely transformed the color into a gorgeous, soft caramel that looked polished and natural. The difference was night and day. Not only is she incredibly skilled, but she’s also kind and patient, which made the whole experience so much better. If you’re nervous about your hair, Alex is the person you want—she truly worked a miracle.

I went in for a balayage with my friend and both of us left with a horrible job done. Her hair turned out way worse than mine and she has hard lines and blotches, while my hair has hardly anything on one side and thick strips down the other. This place might be good for a root touchup but they should take a balayage off the list of services they offer considering two different stylists there (at least) do not know how to do them (and you have no control over who you get). I ended up paying about the same rate as I would have paid at a premium salon but will now have to go pay that AGAIN somewhere else to have someone fix my hair. I submitted feedback for a refund and for the salon to contact me but so far have not heard back. Very disappointing experience, would absolutely NOT recommend you come here for a balayage!!

I joined the monthly subscription for $70 a month to get my hair colored. I have gray hair, so I have to get my roots done every 2-3 weeks. The $70 a month includes coming in as many times as you want a month. For me it is worth it, as with my long curly hair it easily costs almost $200 with my regular hairdresser. You can pay additional to have them blow dry your hair at a discount if you have the subscription. I did my own hair color for years, but my life is so busy, I'd rather pay to get it done, plus no more stains on the bathroom floor.
