A nice hotel for the area rooms are clean and comfortable. I didn't like the flat bottom bathroom basin as anything particulate stays in the sink. I had experienced key issues that seem to an issue within their software programming. Elevator not taking me to my floor or incorrectly just stopping at another floor and all the lights go off have to represent your access card and then hit your floor number a second time. The restaurant on the 10th floor is very accommodating as well.
I recently stayed at the La Meridian in Oakbrook Il for my great nieces wedding which was amazing they staff did an awesome job. Before my checkout I discovered 2 of my rings were missing. I reached out to the front desk about my issue who immediately contacted the general manager Richard Turner and he reached out to discuss the situation and offered my options to resolve my problem. Needless to say how unhappy I was and sad because my items were missing. The next day Richard contacted me and I was reunited with my belongings!!! I was so happy that when I thought I would never see them again that my concerns were no longer being looked into that Richard continued the search until I got them back. Thank you so much Richard you and your staff was amazing and I appreciate your outstanding Customer Service.
First time here for my husband's birthday. As soon as we walked up we were greeted by the door man and we went out for dinner. He greeted us 'welcome back" Front desk was courteous and we stayed on the fifth floor. Clean updated and quiet! We had a cocktail at El Tapeo and Charlie our bartender was great! Drinks were wonderful! My first expresso martini and Charlie knocked it out of the park! My husband had the Mojito and it was delicious! We will be back!
