Ever since DuPage Medical became "Duly," it's gone downhill. The doctors are fine (and the day my primary leaves, I'm following him right out the door). It's everything else: billing mistakes, scheduling problems, being scheduled with a nurse practitioner you've never heard of bec your doctor is overbooked, condescending and patronizing customer service, etc. Overall, it's just terrible, slowly getting worse, and Duly doesn't 'care'.
