First time going to Ayara. I don’t like going anywhere else besides my regular place but I took a chance with Ayara. They did an AMAZING job! I definitely will be going back to get my eyebrows and lashes done again. Thank you for the GREAT service!

Got a tint and shape and I’m beyond disappointed . I’ve always done my brows myself but wanted to get them done as a treat. The shaping is ok but the tint is atrocious. I have 2 different eyebrows they’re not similar looking at all. The tint is all over my skin and I have to go home and try to remove it. She didn’t even remove all the product.

Have been here a few times without issue, but got talked into an eyebrow tint and it was horrendous. Absolutely avoid tinting, fortunately it’s only semi permanent but looks like a complete disaster.
Leaving two stars because the threading was always solid, but this is hard to overlook.

RUN AWAY WHILE YOU CAN THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER. THEY charged me for a lash lift and I MINUS WELL HAVE USED A CURLER. THEY LEFT GLUE/perm UNDER MY LID AND IT CAUSED A BURN UNDER MY EYELID!!!! IVE HAD LASH LIFTS DONE BEFORE AT ULTA. HOWEVER THESE WOMEN HAVE NO REGARD. Everyone who was getting their brows done were complaining that they didn’t look even. All the ladies who work there do is fight with you, they should learn to listen to the customer. There is NO WAY! That the “4” star reviews are real. I called back today asking for a refund and the lady even knew she left me in a bad state, I only paid so I can leave and was fought over the phone with.

Terrible Service. The woman spoke on the phone the entire time she was doing my brows. There are too many other brow places to go to spend your money wisely elsewhere.
