Dr. Patel is the best. First time going to this vision place at Walmart at this location. He explained everything thoroughly to me for my contact/eyeglass vision test. Top notch professional. He was very patient and kind and I think I found my new eye Dr.

Been coming here for years. I only come because Dr Patel is wonderful and personable at all times. I live in oak park and take a bus to get here. If he leaves I'll go where he goes. Some of the main front associates need to have a customer service workshop. But it's walmart not surprised. There is a Hispanic lady who always intakes and does the eye exam before seeing the Dr, who KNOWS what customer service is.
