Jaime from NLH worked on my house back in June, initially the issue to my AC system seamed to both him and I an easy fix to route air with mechanical dampers where I was not getting enough air flow to the upstairs area. Jaime and his team worked hard, seamlessly and professionally to get all the reworked parts put in on an extremely hot month to find out I was still not getting air flow to the upstairs, they routed the duct work to where the return was in the ceiling wall and when they opened the drywall to our surprise the duct work was never closed off and air was escaping to the frame never reaching the top.
