Ilyse has been a lifesaver for me. I came to her in 100 different types of pain; practically every muscle in my body was inflamed and I was near tears daily. Ilyse has helped my entire body to calm down and my inflammation has decreased greatly. Every time I work with her (nearly weekly) I can tell how much she cares. Each session she tailors to that day's pain and works on different goals in order to bring my comfort level up. I'm so grateful that I discovered Ilyse, she has helped me tremendously and brought me a massive amount of relief.

Ilyse was very kind and helpful. The massage was very relaxing and not painful. She took her time to explain the benefits of the massage and how to keep up with the lymphatic drainage. I'm so glad that I was able to schedule an appointment despite it being a holiday. Wish the massage lasted longer because I didn't want it to end! ?

I went to Ilyse because my back had suddenly tightened up very badly and standing up / sitting down had become extremely difficult. That issue was basically gone after one session but she suggested that I come back for at least another session to stretch everything out a bit more and see if there were any other problems that had caused my issue. The second session was also mostly spent on my back (it really really needed the work) and it felt waaaay better and looser from even before my problem came up.
