CSI is an outstanding place to train. The facility has excellent, state-of-the-art equipment that makes every workout feel next-level. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, creating an environment where you actually look forward to showing up. My trainer, Logan, is awesome—knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely invested in helping me reach my goals. This is a gym for people who want real results, with the right mix of professionalism, encouragement, and top-quality resources

I can't say enough great things about my experience at chicago Sports Institute. As a personal training client in my 50s, I'm particularly impressed with CSI’s focus on overall health. At first, training with Alex 3 days a week sounded like a lot but now I hate to miss a session. My training schedule with Alex has vastly improved my strength and body comp, endurance on the tennis court, and my eating and sleeping habits. I am generally very active but could never commit to weight training even though I know I need to build and maintain muscle to stay healthy and active. I initially went to CSI just to use my son’s remaining sessions and immediately got hooked. Colin is a great trainer; very knowledgeable, encouraging and focused on proper form. I have had different trainers in the past but none that motivated or encouraged me enough to stick with weight training. Colin has.
