I can't say enough great things about my experience at chicago Sports Institute. As a personal training client in my 50s, I'm particularly impressed with CSI’s focus on overall health.
At first, training with Alex 3 days a week sounded like a lot but now I hate to miss a session. My training schedule with Alex has vastly improved my strength and body comp, endurance on the tennis court, and my eating and sleeping habits. I am generally very active but could never commit to weight training even though I know I need to build and maintain muscle to stay healthy and active. I initially went to CSI just to use my son’s remaining sessions and immediately got hooked. Colin is a great trainer; very knowledgeable, encouraging and focused on proper form. I have had different trainers in the past but none that motivated or encouraged me enough to stick with weight training. Colin has.
