I love this gym! It’s everything I’ve been looking for. Love the group classes, it’s clean, and love the daycare.
So excited for the new location as it’s closer to me.

A training session with Coach Q completely exceeded expectations.

I’ve trained for years and thought I had a solid foundation, but I’ve been stuck and not seeing the same results. The way he understands muscle movement, range of motion, and how to sequence exercises is next level. He had me doing combinations I never would have thought to try and I felt the difference immediately.

If you’re plateaued or just want smarter, more intentional training… this is it!

I sometimes work out here when I am in the area. My usual is Vernon Hills. I find Northbrook to be smaller in terms of equipment and amenities. It's lovely but somewhat limiting. Not my favorite Lifetime location.
